受疫情影響下的特別送貨安排

基於現時新型冠狀病毒疫情最新發展,我們會盡力處理及派送所有訂單。惟部份訂單或需要較長時間方可送達,希望顧客能夠體諒。為保障顧客及員工的安全,我們的送貨服務將有特別安排。

部份訂單會因應個別大廈情況及大廈管理人員的指示,安排貨物放於門外、在大廈地下大堂交收或由管理處代收。送遞公司人員會在送遞前聯絡顧客作出安排。

如果送貨地址所處大廈屬「群組感染個案大廈」或被政府納入「受限區域」,有關訂單或會延遲派送,我們會確保地區安全及許可進入後安排送貨。

Special delivery arrangement during the current pandemic situation

In view of the current pandemic situation, we are trying our best to fulfil all orders. However, some orders may expect delays.
To protect the safety of our customers and staff, we will put special delivery arrangements in place.

These will be closely monitored as per changing conditions and building management requirements of each delivery address. Dispatched item(s) may be placed at the recipient's doorstep delivered to the recipient's lobby or management office. The delivery staff will contact the customer in advance to confirm the arrangement.

Suppose the delivery location belongs to a "cluster infection" or within the "restriction area" set by government officials. In that case, the delivery may expect delays and only be arranged after the location is considered safe or allowed to enter.
